Content Item Module  |
| This module get installed on every site I do, and is used a LOT! It allows you to put the contents of a content item in a module position. This is VERY, VERY useful. I agree with the reviewers who say "this needs to be part of the Joomla core." Highly recommended!

| DocMan - Documents and Downloads Manager |
| Many times your website needs some type of downloads manager, and DocMan is a wonderful tool for this. I probably install this on 80% of the websites that I use.

| JCE - Joomle Content Editor |
| The JCE Editor is a "must have" as far as I am concerned. This is the first thing I install on a new site. There is a basic version (which is VERY good) that is free, and for about $20 you can get an advanced version. I think that the advanced version is well worth the $20. I have paid it and have never regretted the extra goodies that it gives.

| JooMap is a very easy to use site map creator. I noticed that there is a new version of this out that is generating some new interest. Another "must have."

| Mass Content |
| When setting up a new site from scratch, this tool works wonders. You can create up to 10 categories, 10 sections, or 10 articles (with optional menu links) at one time from one screen. This makes setting up the skeleton of a new website very quick work. Highly recommended.

| I add this component to the front end of websites that I develop, with the access level set to "registered" or "special." It makes managing content from the front end of the site much easier. This is another component that gets installed on all of my sites.

| There are a number of SEF (Search Engine Friendly) URL generators for Joomla, and this one I've been pretty happy with. It lets you make nice, easy to read page addresses (and add custom ones) and makes your page addresses look much more professional.

JomBackup Daily Backup Plug-in  |
| Add this little mambot to your Joomla site, and the site will automatically back up the mySQL database itself up every day, zip up the data, and email it to the address of your choice. I have a web based email account that I have set up just to receive the backups from this mambot, and have all of my sites backing up daily on autopilot. Sweet. Now, it doesn't backup the images or file uploads. Just the mySQL database.

| The JoomlaXplorer gives you a wonder file management tool with most of the features of an FTP program ... right in your Joomla back end. This has save me a lot of hassle many, many times.

| When you want to let people contribute content from the front end of your site, this component is much nicer than the default one built into Joomla. Read the description and you'll agree with the goodies that it adds.

| The multi-thumb mambot is a wonderful tool to dramatically improve the image handling options on your website. You need to spend some time with the documentation and the examples on the website to really get to the power of this little gem. It's installed on about every site I make!
