Many times you have a long article that is just too long to place on a single page.  Joomla makes it very easy to break that article up into multiple pages, and will even generate a "Table of Contents" for you if you want.

To break the article up into pages, simply insert this code:

into the article where you want the page break to occur.

But, I also suggest that you add a title for the next section to this code.  So, for example, you could do something like this:
